How can I return my order?
Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem! We offer 60-day returns. Simply use the contact form to provide your order number and reason for return to start the return process.
Where are Cavalon Bits produced?
All Cavalon bits are handmade at our family-run workshop in Pakistan by a dedicated team of skilled craftsmen.
How are Cavalon bits so affordable?
At Cavalon, our vision is to prove that tack hardware can be affordable without ever compromising on quality.
As we own our family-run workshop where our bits are handmade, we are able to maintain strong control over our quality and pricing.
Unlike other brands that purposefully gouge and inflate their prices to make as much profit as possible, Cavalon aims to make the Equestrian hobby accessible for all, we understand that just owning a horse itself can be quite expensive and we work hard to keep our products as affordable as possible.

When will my size be available?
We are working fast to offer as many sizes as possible. More sizes should be available by the 3rd Quarter of 2023.
